The bride signed a guest book at a funeral home as "Art and Linda Anderson," announced to the worshipers at Dry Ridge United Baptist Church she was married and introduced her new husband.Her daughter says she loves her mother. But by her actions, she has destroyed her mother's happiness for the remainder of her mother's life. A child has no love for a parent when they forge statements and hold the mother as a prisoner that cannot say anything without the daughter's approval.

The school was required to prepare a report listing four basic items of information: (a) the child's name and his parents names; (b) the child's age; (c) the nature and extent of the child's abuse; (d) the name and address of the abuser; and (e)and other information that might be helpful, and submit its report to the Cabinet for Health and Human Services. KRS 620.030(2)(a-e).
Identifying information concerning the individual making the report under KRS 620.030 shall not released except to law enforcement personnel, the Cabinet, etc., but certainly NOT to the mother and other disinterested third parties, such as her female lover woman. KRS 620.050(11).

I checked my debit account this morning and found several unauthorized and unknown charges and have rebutted them to Comdata. But Rhiannon have the balls to say I didn't buy anything or pay for anything is interesting.
I found that I paid for her life insurance $78.75 on 09/23/11 five days after our marriage; $43.56 for Linda Sue's life insurance on 10/14/11; $197.26 on utilities; and $358.80 at Kroger's alone and this does not include cash purchases, gas, truck and auto repairs, etc.
If Rhiannon had such much income, as she now claims, why didn't she pay her own bills rather than getting me to pay them by lying to me? That is known as theft by deception. And she would have gotten away with it if she could have just kept her mouth shut. Going to be interesting in court.

There was another man that was lied on. His name was Paul. He dressed the church down for its sinful ways in his First letter to the church ar Corinth and the church replied by lying on him claiming that he had robbed the church, etc. He answered the charges in his Second letter to the church and apparently cleaned his hands of it to never mention it again. The culprits that caused this problem have committed many crimes and some of them are felonies.

A point: When something reaches a school, it is then a state record and its mishandling is a serious crime--a felony--per KRS 514.060.

I talk to people in McCreary County almost daily and sometimes several times a day. Therefore, I know some of what the people's opinions are there.
Linda is in denial. She apparently cannot bring herself to admit that the problem was the making of her daughter, Rhiannon.
Everybody--and I mean EVERYBODY that I have talked to--believes that it is very wrong and inappropriate for a twelve year old boy to sleep with his mother and her female lover.

I have never believed that it was wrong to tell the truth on wrong doers and I do not think it is wrong to inform law enforcement of illegal drug distribution. Linda's doctors prescribed her medicines for her--not for Rhiannon to haul off to sell or give to Jennifer's mother or whomever were getting them.
There was no contractual agreements between Rhiannon and me or between Jennifer and me. They had no right or business handling, damaging, selling or concealing my property and neither did Jennifer's brother. It was none of any of their business.
Yes, Linda is hurt but all she needed to do was put her daughter in her place and explain to her that we were married and respected us as such. Unfortunately Rhiannon was too stupid to realize that.

You are right on one count. Several of my legal actions have been dismissed on my own motions because I had gotten what I wanted. Others have resulted in a federal judge being partly reversed by the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals, three judges resigning and an attorney surrendering his law license.

The way Linda is acting, I now believe I have sufficient evidence to make a wire fraud, Travel Act federal criminal case against Rhiannon and the wheels are rolling in that direction with a federal suit filed in London federal court.
